Ingredients Champignons, white truffles “Tuber Magnatum Pico” 5%, salt, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar, starch, extract for stock (our production), flavours, preservative agents: E 202, E 330.
Features Typical colour of white truffle, strong taste, easy to spread.
Properties Fit to season: appetizers, first and main dishes. Easy digestible, it gives characteristic taste and scent of white truffle. Easy to use.
Packaging 90 g (3.17 oz.) tube – 250 g (0.55 lbs.) tins.
Storage Keep in the fridge at +4°/+6° C. once opened.
